This Equipment Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between SWS Rentals ("Company") and the undersigned renter ("Renter").

The Company agrees to rent the following equipment to the Renter:

Equipment: Black Betty ( Smoke-It ) Trailer

Rental Date(s): To be set

The  Renter acknowledges that the equipment has been inspected prior to use  and is accepted in good working condition unless otherwise noted. The  Renter agrees to notify the Company immediately of any defects or  concerns before using the equipment.

The Renter agrees to:

• Use the equipment only for its intended purpose.
• Operate the equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
• Follow all instructions, warnings, and applicable laws.
• Not allow unauthorized individuals to use the equipment.
• Return the equipment in substantially the same condition as received, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

The  Renter accepts full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to  the equipment occurring during the rental period, other than normal wear  and tear. The Renter agrees to reimburse the Company for repair or  replacement costs resulting from misuse, negligence, theft, or failure  to return the equipment.

The Renter  understands that the use of rented equipment may involve inherent risks,  including the risk of property damage, personal injury, or death. The  Renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use, operation,  transportation, and possession of the equipment.

To  the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Renter releases and  holds harmless the Company, its owners, employees, agents, and  affiliates from any claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, or expenses  arising out of or relating to the use, operation, transportation, or  possession of the rented equipment, including claims for personal  injury, property damage, or other losses.

Nothing in this  Agreement shall be construed as releasing the Company from liability for  conduct that cannot legally be waived under applicable law, including  gross negligence, reckless conduct, or intentional misconduct.

The  Renter agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from  any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including  reasonable attorney's fees, arising from the Renter's use or misuse of  the equipment or any violation of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.

This  Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties  regarding the rental of the equipment and supersedes any prior oral or  written agreements.
